This set is new. One for the driver side rear and one for the passenger side rear. Bought these for my wife's car then we traded the car in before needing them. One has a little box damage. I did install the front actuator set from this same company and they worked great and were an exact match to the factory ones. Should fit 2013-2022 Avalons.
